Big I Illinois CONVO is an annual event hosted by the Association to bring members from throughout the state together for networking, education and product updates. The conference also plays host to many events including the Annual Business Meeting, CE Classes, theme reception and many other opportunities. As the largest education provider in the state, Big I Illinois allows agents the opportunities to earn all their CE hours for one year during the three-day event. The CONVO Tradeshow, the industry’s largest one in the state, brings vendors from across the nation to Illinois. Additionally, the tradeshow attracts over 500 attendees. CONVO has something for everyone.
CONVO 2024 is October 15-17. The tradeshow will be held on Wednesday, October 16, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
CONVO events will be split between the Marriot Pere Marquette and the Peoria Civic Center.
The Tradeshow will be held at the Peoria Civic Center, 201 SW Jefferson Ave, Peoria, IL 61602.
The hours are as follows:
Setup: 7:00 a.m.
Doors Open: 11:00 a.m. Prize Drawings: 1:45 p.m.
Doors Close: 2:00 p.m. (teardown begins at this time)
The overall attendance for the CONVO averages between 400 - 500 people each year which consists of decision makers, agency owners, agency personnel and company representatives.

The cost to exhibit is based on your membership status with Big I Illinois. Members receive a price of $1,200. The cost for Non-Members is $2,500.

Professional 10' wide x 8' deep draped exhibit space
6’ table with tablecloth
Two folding chairs
Trash can
A One-line standard booth ID Sign
Attendance for two workers for the entire convention. (Additional attendees are $100.00.)

Though there is not a particular theme to our annual CONVO, in 2024 we are celebrating our 125th Anniversary! Wednesday evening's big party will feature a "Champagne Celebration." Look for details coming soon.
